Jack Moore is a nationally respected equality, diversity, inclusion and customer services trainer and consultant with loyal public and private sector clients. Consistently positive feedback from delegates runs into many thousands including front line, team leaders, senior management, executive teams, boards, committees, elected members, customer involvement groups in a variety of organisations from housing providers and local authorities to education, nhs trusts, police, defence and smaller providers in hospitality, leisure and tourism.
He is the principal diversity trainer for the Chartered Institute of Housing and is associate diversity trainer for their consultancy arm, Consult CIH. In May 2011 Jack was elected a Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
With a successful public sector background and an understanding of the variety of client groups, he has the proven ability to put theory into real-life customer related scenarios and examples. This is reflected in feedback.
Jack regularly chairs and presents in national diversity seminars and conferences; events during 2011 included Equality Act 2010, Tackling Domestic Abuse, Disability and Housing, Effective Equality Analysis and Tacking Hate Crime.
