EMBEDDING EQUALITY - PARTNERING OFFER
This offer is in response to the need to 'embed' equality throughout your organisation. This cannot be achieved with a quick fix mass training exercise. Clients buying into the year long programme will benefit from ongoing advice and guidance* on equality issues, around employment and service provision, for the duration of the contract. Your organisation will receive 10 days training* on any of the courses listed below. The cost (£7000 plus reasonable costs and VAT, with various payment options) also includes an initial meeting to undertake an equality health check and agree the long term programme. We feel this cost reflects true value for money with expert advice and training at hand; call us your equalities partner or critical friend! Any additional services you may require will be subject to discount.
We had a very successful year in 2009 and our training courses now include:
* overview of equality and diversity (up to date progress of Equality Bill)
* tackling hate crime
* domestic abuse (developed and presented by police domestic abuse coordinator)
* safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
* effective equality impact assessing
* developing a workable single equality scheme
* E&D for board members, tenant groups, contractors
In addition, we are accredited to deliver a national Level 2 qualification in equality and diversity. We are affiliated to the National Register of Access Consultants and can undertake access audits.
SETC and its associates are passionate in getting equality right. This is a very limited offer and our aim is to build a lasting relationship with a small number of committed providers.
